My wife and I decided last year that we wanted to purchase an investment property in the area for family members to occupy. It had been over 17 years since I last purchased a property and the trusted agent I had used at the time was no longer working in this area. I was given realtor Jorge Moreno’s contact information from a business card my sister in-law had acquired. I was a bit hesitant at first working with a new agent who I had had no prior history with. I must say I was pleasantly surprised after my first meeting with Jorge. Not only is he a personable & detail oriented individual, he was also very knowledgable in real estate practices and was able to locate the perfect property for our needs and a reliable mortgage lender that quickly approved our loan.
During the course of this endeavor our plans and needs changed several times & Jorge was always there for us every step of the way. Whether by phone calls, text msgs or emails, Jorge never hesitated in responding to any & all my questions or concerns from start to finish. From the initial plan of purchasing a single family home in Vallejo to instead purchasing a condo in San Jose, he was very instrumental in helping us achieve this. My wife & I greatly appreciated all of his advice, input & patience during the process in this sometimes difficult & extremely competitive sellers market. I highly recommend Jorge Moreno for all of your real estate needs. If a thorough professional who will get the job done to your satisfaction is what you are in need of then Jorge is your man, you will not be disappointed.

Jorge Moreno is a great realtor!!! We had a great experience with him. We are first time homeowners. We were not sure how to start the process of home buying, even though we were ready to purchase our first home. Jorge guided us in the right direction, he explained and took us step by step and was always available to answer our questions and always would let us know any updates.
There was this particular blue house that we wanted to see, there was going to be an open house the following weekend and we had already made plans to meet, Jorge emailed the selling agent. But in the middle of the week the open house got canceled because they got an offer. Jorge made sure to stay in contact with that selling agent just in case the sale fell short, in the meantime, he kept looking for houses for us to see and make an offer, after 3 offers and nothing, to our surprise the selling agent of the blue house called back and he promptly notified us. We were able to close and move-in into our new home to make lone life memories.
Thanks to Jorge everything went pretty smooth and made us confident that we were taking the right steps into home buying. I will highly recommend Realtor Jorge Moreno to all my family and friends!!

I am writing in regards of my experience I had working with Jorge. This was actually my second time working with him and I can’t tell you how satisfied we are with the work he does. He is very dedicated and available anytime. Since the first day I called him he was ready to put our home in the market and even brought us new listings. He listens to what our needs are. We sold our home and transitioned to our new one without any issues. He timed it perfectly. We went from one house to the next. No matter the time I called he was always available to answer all our questions. Jorge was actually referred to me by my aunt and there is no doubt I will refer him to anyone I know.
